After much training, fundraising and anxiety the day finally cam and went! My friend Casey and I rode from Newberg to Pacific City (82 Miles) with 3,000 other riders. It took us about 7 hours including much needed breaks and found out why it is nicknamed "eat to the beach".
There was abdundent food every 2o miles and our favorite was the peanut butter and banana sandwhiches (which I think I ate 3!). The scenery was beautiful and the weather could not have been better and it was for a great cause. I want to thank everyone for their support as we raised over $850!
