Finished Another Triathlon

After my first triathlon over a month ago, I decided to do another one. With more intense training and learning from the first one. I scored a 3rd place trophey and beat my old time by more than 2 minutes, despite the longer swim for a total time of 1hr 23 min, I am officially retired...until next year!

4 Days at the Beach

We had another fabulous trip to Beverly Beach. Our family and our good friends Ben, Kay, Forest and Brooke reserved yurts and enjoyed another few days at the oregon coast.
